Random Pics

Here are some fun pictures of Zoey. She loves being outside. She loves clapping, blowing kisses, giving full on open mouth kisses, walking with her push toy, and we just love her to death. There are also a few random pics of her b-day. Of course decorations, but none of her actually on her b-day. I know horrible mom. I love summer time. I can't believe its already end of July. Time goes by way too fast, especially when you don't want it to.

Horrible

So I am a horrible mom. I haven't posted in forever and there has been so many exciting things happening. My little baby turned 1 year old. She is getting so big. And the horrible mom that I am I didn't get any pictures of the big day. Other family and friends did, but I was too busy in the moment and Shawn was busy with the video recorder so I have a few and will post them later. We have been hanging out at the cabin a ton too. It has been so fun. I love being outside and boating. I hope that is what heaven is like. Ha ha.... Poor Zoey got a double ear infection while we were up at the cabin though. No fun at all. I felt so bad for her. And I need a little voting for the next baby's name. We have four names narrowed down but just can't decide. Let me know your favorite. The names are:

Lyla
Blair
Gwen
Mya

The 4 B's with the Boyles

Man life has been crazy but I absolutely love it. So the first B:

Boise- My little family moved to Boise, ID for the summer and for Shawn's schooling next year. Shawn has a great job this summer that is paid- hard to find- and he loves every minute of it. I am so thrilled he found this job. He works so hard and deserves every minute of it. Our apartment is really nice. We have a swimming pool just outside so if you are ever in the area and want a free swim- call me up. The only thing I really am not loving is finding friends and our ward. We had such a blast in Moscow and we really miss it and miss our friends too. Our ward rocked and we wouldn't trade it for anything. Now we are in a Family Ward and its hard because Shawn and I are the only really young couple. Pray that we find some friends or this may be a long year for me. I just feel bad for Zoey because she loves interacting with kids and there is really no one her age so it makes it hard on her and me because I know I am boring for her to hang out with all day.

2nd B
Bahamas-
That's right! My parents took my siblings and their families to the Bahamas for my sister Kylee's graduation present. It was the best trip ever. We had our own little house with a swimming pool. It was extremely hot the whole time. We had a blast. We went to the world's largest aquarium, went to many beaches, hit up the straw markets and shopping, attended a zoo with a flamingo march, ate weird stuff, went to church which was awesome and may have to be another post, went to an aquatic park which was the funnest thing we did, pirate museum, and much much more. We had to even learn how to drive on the other side of the road- took us a while to get the hang of it. Zoey loved every minute of it. She loved being on the beach and playing in the water. She just ate handfuls of sand the entire time and loved it. Still cleaning out sand from her diapers. Luckily she didn't get an ounce of sun on her little white body.

3rd B
Baby Girl
Yep! Shawn and I are expecting baby number 2. Definitely not planned, but we are so happy to bring another girl into our lives. I am 24 weeks along. I am due October 1st. Zoey will only be 15 months old, so it is going to be crazy stuff for awhile, but I wouldn't change it for any other way. They are going to be the best of friends too. Shawn is just nervous about teenage years, which I don't blame him:) We have five names picked out, so you will have to cast your vote when I post that in a later post. Pregnancy has been another cake walk for me. I was a little more sick and felt a little different, so we were expecting to hear a boy, but its definitely a girl. Poor Shawn. No he actually wanted it to be a girl. He is such a good daddy.

4th B
Baby Steps
Our little Zoey is growing up way too fast. She is 11 months old. She finally has two teeth coming in on her bottoms. She has been great with it though and we couldn't even tell she was getting any teeth. She has mastered the crawl and is now pulling herself up to everything. She makes the funniest faces and loves to talk. She is beginning to take steps on her little baby walker and will take about seven steps at a time and then get tired and fall down. She has also mastered the kiss. When you say Kisses- she automatically will open up her mouth and come in for a big wet one, but she doesn't do it for everybody so you are lucky if she will. She loves giving mommy and daddy kisses though. She is so much fun and we just love her to death.

Sorry for the long post. I haven't updated in so long, but just wanted to catch everybody up on the adventures happening here at the Boyles. Hope everyone is enjoying summer.

Latest Happenings

I swear I keep getting worse and worse at blogging. Sorry I will try to be better. We are in the process of trying to pack things up and look for housing in Boise, Idaho. Shawn will have a job there over the summer and then finish up schooling there his last year of law school. So excited for new beginnings, but I am sad to leave Moscow. We have had some really fun times here and we have loved our friends here and will miss them so much. I am going to post some random pics of Zoey. She is getting so big and I am just loving this stage in her life right now. She is so energetic and jabbers non stop. I love it. She also got her first bonk on the head. She is just cruisin on the crawl she does and ran into the corner of the wall. Immedietly it became a goose egg and bruised. I felt so bad for her and of course to make it worse Shawn comes home and blames it on me and says I pushed her. He is just kidding though. And it just shows up so well on her because of her pale skin. I am sure we will have many more bonks to come. We also had a surprise birthday party for Shawn and two other friends. It was a combined party and Shawn was the last person to walk in and so he already heard "Surprise". He turned around and asked me what was going on and who the surprise was for. Ha ha.... My really good friend did the icing on the cake for Shawn's b-day cake. It is awesome. Of course the Boston Red Sox baby. I love her to death and she is seriously so talented. Watch out Cake Boss. Hope everyone is enjoying their last little bit of school and finals. Bring on summer!!!!

9 MONTHS

Our little baby girl turned 9 months old a few days ago. So to celebrate we went to a Washington State University baseball game. Zoey loved it. She loves being outside and spending time with her daddy. Then we went to see the bears in Pullman too. They are located at the WSU Research Center. They were big. They were stinky. And they were cute little creatures. Zoey is growing up so big and fast. 9 fun things about Zoey:
* Army crawls
* Says dadda, but not momma
* Won't eat any baby food or cereal. Only eats big people food now!
* Favorite thing to eat at the moment is chicken nuggets and mashed potatoes
* Has anxiety separation and cries whenever mom or dad leaves the room
* Struggling with nap times- might be heading towards only one nap a day
* Loves to play with Roxy (our dog) and steals her toys from her
* Growls like a bear
* Favorite thing to do is sit and look out the window and bang her head on the window

We love our baby Zo Zo and are so proud of her and the new stages of her life. Keep going little girl.
We also took her in today for her 9 month check-up. No shots. Hooray!!!
Her Stats:
Weight- 18.8 lbs (48%)
Height- 29.1 inches (92%)
Head- 17.9 inches (86%)

So her head circumfrence skyrocketed and of course so did her height. Hopefully she is going to be tall and skinny like her Aunt Kylee.

Spring Break

Spring Break was awesome. It was so fun to have my husband around for an entire week with no papers to worry about. Zoey absolutely loved it too. She got a double ear infection though and is just now getting over it so half the break she was a crab. We started our break in Boise looking for places to live for next year. We found some awesome places to live and are now just trying to make some decisions. We went to the Zoo with my nephew and neice but didn't realize it closed at 5 and we got there at 4:45 so we got in for free but didn't get to see much because all the animals were being put away. We did get to see the lions though and that was awesome. Then we went to Shelley for the rest of the break. We celebrated my mother-in-law's birthday party and got to spend some time with Zoey's cousin Lexy. It was so fun. Then we also got to celebrate Easter with my family. We always do an easter egg hunt. My dad hides over 200 eggs in the lawn and then one egg has your name on it with some money in it. Everybody gets so into it. We love it. Thanks mom and dad for everything. We also attempted to take pictures of the three grandkids in their easter outfits. It is hard to get them all smiling, but we got some good candids. They are so cute together. Hope everyone enjoyed their break.

February Frenzy

So the month of February was ridiculous. I hauled Zoey around every weekend for four weeks in a row. Poor girl. We flew on planes, but got to see family and friends. It was a fun month, but we are both very much worn out. And to top it off, my poor little girl got sick and has an ear infection. No fun. I feel so bad for her and she is just fussy and sad. I know I am the worst mom and its my fault she got sick. We went to see my friend in Wyoming and got to see her coach her girl's high school basketball team. The girls loved Zoey. The next weekend we got to go and see my family in Boise for the big girls State basketball tourney. My sister Kylee got second place. She is seriously an All-Star and we love watching her play and cheering her on. My poor husband hates me because I have been away so much, but I think deep down he has enjoyed the time to spend with his books. He has been working hard every weekend to get caught up and get ahead on his law stuff. Zoey also turned eight months old. I can't believe it. She is growing and getting so big. She loves her mommy and daddy. She loves rolling around and that is the only way she gets places. No crawling yet and no teeth yet either. Hope everybody had a great month and may March bring some green cheer!!!
